Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful.
Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1–2 business days.

Production time: typically 2–7 business days
During peak seasons (November–January), production times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted and another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated shipping time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s pricing and your delivery location.

 

Shipping Carriers

Printful uses a variety of shipping carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Carrier selection is automatically determined based on your shipping address and Printful’s real-time routing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

 

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for:

  • Any re-shipping fees

  • Delays caused by address issues

  • Ordering a new product if applicable

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Wait 24 hours for potential late delivery

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at slateofmindco@gmail.com and we will assist you. Replacements for lost/stolen packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your calendar arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production issue:

  • Email us within 7 days at slateofmindco@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue + packaging

We will replace defective items at no additional cost.

 

Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is custom printed specifically for your order, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production starts.
