Refund policy

 Return Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your calendar is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and remake or refund your order at no cost to you.

To report an issue, email us at slateofmindco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item including pictures of the original packaging (our printer asks for that!)

Non-Returnable Items

Because each calendar is custom printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

  • Personal preference

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Incorrect Address

We are not able to offer a refund due to an incorrect address. Please double check your address before ordering!

 

Refunds

Once we review your claim for a damaged or defective item, we’ll notify you whether a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
